Note: Roll stock packaging is only partially formed. This allows you to fill and seal the packaging in one process, typically handled by form, fill, & seal machines. Many customers send their products and rollstock to a co-packer to handle this process for them.

Do you offer recyclable or compostable films?
Yes! We offer recyclable PE film that is How2Recycle approved, as well as a Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) film.
What is your turnaround time on rollstock?
Rollstock will be produced in 10 business days, once your artwork has been approved.
Do you offer rollstock optimized for high-speed form-fill-seal equipment?
Yes. ePac offers high-performance rollstock engineered for demanding FFS applications. Depending on your product, equipment, and package requirements, films can be optimized for improved throughput, stable runnability, strong seals, a wide seal range, lap sealing, and high-barrier performance.
Our team can work with you or your co-packer to determine the appropriate film structure, unwind direction, core size, roll diameter, and seal requirements for your line.
What is an over-the-mountain film?
Over-the-mountain film options are designed for applications where packaged products may experience significant changes in elevation or atmospheric pressure during distribution. The appropriate structure depends on the product, package format, shipping conditions, and required barrier performance. Our team can help determine whether an over-the-mountain solution is appropriate for your application.
